Hi, my name is Phil Knight, I own and run Knight Healthcare Training.

I am an entrepreneur and business professional with 26 years experience in financial services and 21 years in the private medical insurance (PMI) sector. In that time I have worked for : WPA; Guardian Health (now part of AXA PPP); BCWA Healthcare (now Simply Health); Standard Life Healthcare (Pru/Vitality Health); First Assist and Red Arc Assured.

During my career I have worked with literally hundreds of IFA's, accountants and other brokers of varying types helping them get the most from their book of PMI business - it is a difficult sector but very rewarding both for advisers and clients with PMI cover in place - my new training consultancy can help your business drive revenue effectively from medical insurance and ensure your clients get the best possible advice on a complex but vital insurance benefit.

Currently I also run my own specialist medical insurance consultancy and am regulated via Premier Choice Healthcare (FCA number 312878).

I obtain most of my new clients via professional introducers across the UK and am considered a thought leader in this area of the medical insurance business.

In addition to financial services I also run other marketing and fitness businesses and am a qualified Executive Coach and provide regular talks around the UK on medical insurance, martial arts and other topics.
