PMI Sales Training for Professional Advisers
With decades of sales experience both as an adviser and also a broker consultant I can train your sales team or senior managers on the do's and don'ts of medical insurance sales. Which clients to approach and how to convert them into profitable clients and importantly of course retain them at subsequent renewals.
Our training breaks down and segments the market, overviews the differing insurer approaches and how their increasingly complicated modular plans work - I will devise a unique sales training program, backed up by a range of technical and marketing material that will enable and empower your sales team. The service can also include follow up and on-going technical support if required.
Our training modules are broken down into basic, standard and advanced sections and as such can be pitched at all levels of financial services professionals. Delivered in half a day or whole day seminars to single or multiple delegates. As required we can cover UK and international PMI, Hospital Cash Plans, Employee Assistance Programs, Health Screening and Sickness Absence Management.
We will of course cover regulatory expectations and routine processes for looking after PMI clients (see notes below under Administrative training section).

Administrative Training - running your PMI book effectively
As an FCA regulated annually renewable general insurance contract some advisers often avoid PMI due to the pain of regulation and running the business through an annual renewal process. However with some basic knowledge of the market, FCA regulation for medical insurance and robust processes in place it is possible to run PMI efficiently and profitably for your business and of course your clients.
In a simple half day course we train your sales and back office staff on exactly how to run a PMI portfolio and grow and administer it effectively - a one off investment that could save your business hundreds of pounds a year if you already look after a few plans. Again, this training module is created as a bespoke session aimed at your specific requirements.
Technical Consultancy
